Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unopened and unused.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Be in a resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Stephens Family Estate cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fees

Stephens Family Estate does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

We do not have any final sale items. All products are covered by this Returns & Refunds Policy.
